took to the forums today to update impatient fans on just how the
staggered pre-launch will continue to roll out over the next few days:

Today, we invited people who had pre-ordered up to the very beginning
of October (roughly). Tomorrow, we're going to be inviting the same
number of people again; that will take us up to the last week or so of
November. On Friday, we'll be inviting even more, and we'll give you an
update on that tomorrow.

You'll see more servers coming online tomorrow, and almost certainly
there will be some queuing. That was always expected. As a reminder, our
plan here is to maintain healthy server populations post launch, and
during the excitement of launch that will mean queues. That said, we'll
be working hard to keep those queues reasonable.

Look like I need to wait at least 2 more days.

Hoping for friday... But damm those 2 million subs, i am kinda glad they did they release this way. Having nearly 2 million ppl to jump on the servers at the same time would result into 5 hours queues if not longer. And that would have been a big mistake. I do feel sad that those who pre ordered first can have all the good names. But at least when we get in there is allready sum kind of community on the server.

i felt this is not a bad idea but have to admit it is kind of stress to see others starting a headstart when we can do nothing.

good thing in this mmo we are not aiming for first and top in swtor or there could be emo ppl already lol

felt there could be better ideas though,but whatever,what done is done.just wait and play when can enter ^^

Exactly, i will enjoy the story line for the first time in an mmo, i almost always skip everything but its starwars thats special so it,deserves special treatment ^^.

Also are you not aiming for the top at the beginning or just let it happen when the guild is ready for it. The pvp of swtor really is amusing. The pit gives me andota meets shooter feling hehe ^^

i need a healer or better pots to be tanker though.powertech cant do much at earlier levels.so i prob stick with biochem for my first npc

sith classes is so strong at starting.my PT will need at least lvl 20+ to be as useful in flashpoint as sith classes heh

currently at lvl 12,u guys try recruit more ppl into guild for parties :).will be more fun then teaming with total strangers heh

On every planet, I can't seem to find ppl to grp with for heroic2+ or heroic4 so I end up ignoring them and focusing on solo content. :(

So far, i am really really loving the voice acting. I can literally feel the anger of a father's voice after I killed his son instead of saving him lol.

Btw Amazon has confirmed that my copy of swtor has shipped as of today morning and is expected to arrive via DHL before the 22nd December 2011 so I guess my fears of getting locked out of the game are temporarily

its ok botak.once more of us are in game u won't have lack of group for flashpoint ^^

you'll see the floodgate open on the 20th, but if you went too far ahead it'll take some times before you can get a group at your level. Even at lv 17 i'm finding hard to find group for shadow spawn or friends of old.

and 2 hours queue for the warzone that ends in 90 second cause no enough player joined lulz.

The leveling starts to crawl after 20.. But even at this stage it is awesome what they have done with the game.

I went thru Athis flashpt twice yesterday and the game mechanics on the last boss is what we usually see at end game WoW dungeons. Very impressive and puts alot of expectation to swtor end game!

Please note that heroics are daily repeatable quests (unless they change it).

Any vent for SWTOR?
