During our time at PAX East, we got the chance to try out the Taral V Flashpoint demo
at the huge Star Wars: The Old Republic booth. While players waited in
line over the weekend to get their hands on the dungeon-style instance,
the BioWare team was also hosting various presentations on its massive
stage.

One such presentation was a live space combat demo, which was a first for the team. Our friends over at Darth Hater recorded the footage,
which you can watch after the jump. Between the Taral V Flashpoint and
the space combat presentations, PAX East was definitely the place to be
for Star Wars fans.

omg and he say its the simple mission heh.

if u are weak at this,u can skip space battles and just stick to land ones cos space battle is a mini game inside swtor.not main feature heh.but personally i think its cool they have this in a mmo lol.

i need to learn space battle from scratch hehe.think a good mouse will help a lot ^^

If it's even remotely like the old X-Wing space simulations series, gotta break out them joysticks. Damn awkward feel when flying without using them.

dont think u need joystick for this one.according to them the ship follow arrow and mouse so controls should be more easy.and u can get exp points for playing heh
