Tired of traditional fantasy MMO? Now, you've got something new to expect this year. Martial arts MMOs like Age of Wulin, Yulgang 2, Blade & Soul have drawn great attention among players and are expected to land in 2012. Wuji Online, developed by Korean based revived game company EyaSoft (the developer of Luna Online), is also going to join the big martial arts family.
Already developed for 5 years, Wuji Online is adapted
from the novel of the same name, depicting a real and diversified
maritial arts world. Featuring rich cultural connotation and gorgeous
actions, Wuji Online endeavors to be an orthodox martial arts MMO. You
can find some developing concept arts, game characters and some basic
combat in the debut trailer below.
Wuji Online employes a class-less system and players are
able to learn various different skills. By upgrading your character,
the effects and combat actions will change as well. Moreover, Wuji
Online adopts a traditional equipment strengthen system, just like other
Korean MMOs in the market. Each equipment can be bored up to 9 times
and embedded with upgrade gems.
Wuji Online is currently under development aiming for
release in Korea and some other Asian countries like China as well.
Closed beta is scheduled for the end of this year.
