Played WAR, and it had some awesome and great features, even though the game kinda failed, and now that they fixed/polished it, it ll be impossible to catch up to players that have insane pvp rankings, so it became not really worth coming back to.

I'm sure they learned what they had to from that, and this one might actually becoming one heck of a good game.
