Bigpoint, devs have confirmed that closed beta testing for the upcoming
browser-based title has now commenced. Beta apps are still being taken
on the official site, with applicants being asked to supply their
computer configurations and agree to the NDA.

i still prefer client for mmo ^^

The thing is, with the awesome new gadgets like dual core tablets that run unreal engines etc etc
And faster mobile networks, browser based games ll have a bunch of new potential customers

On a pc yea, client games ll still own (except work pcs ^^ where browser might be allowed while client not)

I'm playing this currently LOL It's surprisingly fun...reminds me of D2 + um...what's that game...(if you seek amy)...forgot lol but it had a summoner, a class with a whip, a fighter, a person who uses a bow and some other class that's called a bagi or something...anyone? lol

Drakensang eh, from memory thats a german based Dungeons and Dragons, i think maybe even around before DnD, never hit main stream in the western world though
