Currently US servers traffic are mostly standard, & EU are mostly light.

the status is not accurate atm.they doing server statistics to see which server is full and which is light during different game time hence they set status limit much much lower now.

so if u see it is full it just means the server have reach its ratio for first few waves.

we will know the real server status after dec 20 when early access is over
