where download client?

Guys, whats the guild members limit on this game? I think I may be able to play but it will be like 1 day/week and only for a few hours so If u have extra room for a casual player I might join u during obt. If the members limit is like 20 players at guild lvl 1 then I can wait a month or 2 to get in.
