    What lvl can you pvp or Duel?

    I've only just started and got a cleric and archer to lvl 5

    apparently pvp is 15+ and from what i heard theres some kind of lvl balance so low lvls have there armor/hp etc ranked up to compete with higher lvls.

    I have to look more into it though, been very busy at home with insurance etc
