We are a Guild created for the purpose of community bonding and having fun together in a organized guild.

The following are the guild rules & regulations for Iris Online

Entry Rules

Pre-requisite: Level 48 Character on Luminous Star Server, preferably ranged DPS and must be active enough (definition: At least one level per calendar week.)

1.You are strongly encouraged to log in to Ventrilo, regardless for chat/team coordination or just login there to listen when you are active in game.

2.You must be 16 of age and above, mature in nature.

3.No emotional drama/botting allowed.
Emotional drama in guild will result in temporary kick from guild, conditional admission to guild will be decided by leader/elders/officers.
Botters will be permanently kicked from guild, no chances given.

4. No alts allowed in guild due to space constraints

5.English will be the main language in guild channel/vent. A few slang/phrases are acceptable but please do understand the diverse community we have in guild thus usage of non-english language is strongly discouraged.

6.Do not speak out against any officer in guild directly in guild channel/vent with disrespect.
If there are any issues with an officer's ways of handling a matter, please approach guild leaders/other elder members and give your feedback to them directly and factually.
We have weekly meetings to discuss all guild matters and will resolve and address these in an orderly manner.s

7.Disruptive Behavior – An excessive amount of complaining, non-constructive criticism, arguing within the guild, personal verbal attacks, will result in removal from the guild after a first cautionary warning. This does not mean that members can never complain,criticize or argue. The keyword here is "excessive", meaning that it reaches the point where it affects guild cohesiveness.

8.No Idiotic Public Posts – If you want to act like a fool, we have our own forum for you to do that. Don't post on public forums about the guild, how bad ass you are, or how we were foolish enough to add you.

9.Respect Your Guild Members – You are required to treat other members of the guild with respect and refrain from racist/prejudiced comments.
How you actually feel about them is not relevant, but your behavior is. Feel free to interact with anyone outside of the guild however you like, as long as it doesn't violate any of the guild rules.

10.We welcome friends who wish to be a part of our community for the long term
to have fun/laughter and companionship together.
if u are a guild hopper please do not join us.
if u cannot obey/respect rules/leaders please do not join us.
if u cannot be positive and tend to speak out negatively all the time please do not join us.

We are not a pk guild. We retaliate, not provoke. Members found going on pk spree in pvp maps will not be tolerated.

Just to add on some rules of engagement with fellow alliance guild:

- First Tag Rule applies for world bosses
- Members who leave guild to pk alliance will be banned from guild
- Guild Rule No. 9 also applies for alliance members, no badmouthing of alliance
