    I think vend is ip blocked from Boi. Someone else on forums said PWE usually blocks these countries:
    China
    Hong Kong
    Macau
    Malaysia
    North Korea
    South Korea
    Philippines
    Taiwan
    Vietnam

    yup.been mentioned on discussion.malaysia is one of the region that they disable since they have a chinese version there

    either don't play it if u in one of those region or use a use Proxy Cap and HTTP-Tunnel to get around it.
