we need make 3 clan.each clan can hole 15 ppl.clan leader need to be lvl 25+

then merge 3 clan to alliance clan lvl 1.the head leader need to be lvl 35 for this.can merge total of 5 clan.max 75 people

clan need 5 gold to create.so ppl try donate ^^
