PvP / VERSUS has been announced!!!!



PVP / VERSUS has been announced on Japanese Servers!!!




YES THAT IS TRUE!!!



PvP/VERSUS was just announced as of today, to have PvP - on their new
server PaRaNoIA also known as the Test World Server, this is to be set
up for 200 accounts only to be tested on Feb. 5th - 19th. Beta testers
will be required to download a whole new client.



Once the testing is over Everyone will be needing a NEW client as
well to Download to get the new features added to SMT. (Please remember
this is for the Japanese Servers currently)



The PvP will enable you to use your Demons as well as yourself in these battles.



All other details, such as prizes, requirments, or battle modes are
still un-told. It might be Clan vs. Clan, or Law V.s. Chaos kinda of
thing....OR it might be just a Free-Rome map that looks like Nakano and
you just kill who ever you want to...OR maybe a whole PVP server, who
knows yet...Never or Less, this can now stop all the people from
Suggesting this idea on the forums. Thank you for your time!

New Maps (Fate and Valhalla) and other things were released before
this announcement, but that isn't the topic of this post. Till then,

i guess i can only say one thing.get ready to move server when its out in english version :)

but maybe its more of a duel arena event so no need move ^^

wonder what type of pvp it will be

I hope so, hehe; something like that i would fancy, since i had no problem with PvP Arena in WoW, it's free-roaming PvP that I'm not nuts about.

most like they add a pvp channel or duel team arena and that it.the game still need retain its pve elements but adding a bit of pvp to heat it up :)

Patch Notes for the 19th of February

- Versus has been implemented.

You are able to access it from the various Yaginuma, who can be found near the various homepoint and in the Nakano field.


The Yaginuma can be found in the southeastern end of the Nakano field, in the area marked with a red color.

There are two kind of Versus:

Fate

Fate is a 15 vs 15 capture the flag game.
You get points for capturing “tactical bases” within Fujimi Midgard.
You get additional points if the base is still occupied by you after 30sec. Additional bonus points will be given after that.
There are a total of five tactical bases and they give different points.
It’s a group battle where teamwork and tactics are important.
The victor is the team with the most points after the allocated time.

Valhalla
Valhalla is a group combat that place emphasis on 5 vs 5 combat.
It will take place in the coliseum.
You gain points for defeating your opponents.
The victor is the team with the most points after the allocated time.

Some changes will take place during a versus:
- Player will start with their maximum HP greatly increased. They will be fully healed too.
- The currently summoned devil will have their maximum HP greatly increased. They will be fully healed too.
- During battle, devils summoned out will have their maximum HP greater increase. However, they will not be healed fully to this new amount.
- Certain items and skills cannot be used.
- You won’t gain xp if you defeat a player or their devils.
- There won’t be a death penalty.
- You won’t gain any expert skill points.
- Devils won’t lose their friendship if they die.
- You will be able to use a special chat channel. Messages send to this channel will only be seen by members of your team.

Note: BP (Battle Points) will be gained during these combats. We are planning a way for players to exchange these BP for items in March.

- End of Valentine Event
- New items ahs been added to the various accessories shop, magic shop and pharmacy.
- Bug fixes
- New lottery

Oh wow, so they just skip a bunch of patches and catch up to the new one XD

but guessing from speed they releasing pvp in japan i think pvp will reach english server latest around april
