..::Who we are::..

We are multi-gaming guild that formed in 2006. We came from many different games and fate has brought us together. Our family grows bigger with every new game we play with members all around the globe. We often times
use a different guild persona on different games because every new game is a new goal and a new life with a new meaning. We hope we can meet the new challenge and enjoy the game in the process as well as making new friends.
We came from different Guilds and MMORPGs in the past and have become the Aetherius Network.

We are recruiting people with the same goals and who wish to join a friendly but pvp oriented guild.
If there is any former guild members who is in our community before or friends who know us, you are welcome to rejoin us.

A. General Rules

1. No Drama or Fights allowed in the Guild Channel. If you need to have some verbal fights with someone in the guild, please take it to whisper or another channel. We will kick you out temporary from the guild with a warning. You may join back after you have a chance to cool down.

2. You will respect your guild-mates. I'm not saying you have to love everyone, but, even if you hate someone, disrespect or discrimination WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. We are a international community from all over the world including Singapore, Malaysia, Philippine, United States, Europe, North America, Canada and etc.

3. If you have nothing good to say in Guild Channel, don't say it. Guild Channel is a place for us to interact and be friends. Please do not abuse it.

4. Seek any officer in guild to help settle any dispute. Officers can handle any problems you have in the absence of the guild master or vice guild master. The Leaders are sometimes quite busy with real life situations and other responsibilities, so we can't always be on 24/7 to attend to everything that happens. This also means that people that are selected to be officers are expected to exhibit qualities fitting of a semi-leadership role.

5. No swearing excessively in guild but in moderation is fine

6. Help people if they have a question--don't let them keep asking the same question repeatedly, We were all new to the game at one point as well, so have a little courtesy and answer them please.

7. Do not kill, steal from, or scam your guild-mates. Any breach of this rule will result in automatic kick from the guild and KOS by the guild! there is no leniency for this rule, use common sense and don't be a greed-monger. (Note: We will do a thorough investigation first)

8. No KSing guild/ally or guild we have an alliance/treaty with

9. No botting allowed. If found guilty, you will be given one warning. Repeated offense will result in a kick from the guild.

10. Be friendly to one another in guild. Help one another out if possible, respect one another and you will get respected in return



B. Pk Rules

1. We are a war guild. If you do not like to pvp, do not join us. Yet, we try to stick on pking our enemies only and not random pk without a reason.

2. Do not ask for help in pvp if it is a one on one personal vengeance. We believe in fighting our own personal vendettas (Unless you are a support class). However, we will assist in PKing guild enemies.

3. When you get pked do not expect guild members to drop everything and come to your aid every time you ask for help. Members do try and lend a helping hand if free and able to. Exercise judgment and remember retreating from a stronger foe to fight another day is nothing to be ashamed of. :)

4. No guild PK amongst ourselves, but duel is encouraged to practice pvp.

C. War and Party Rules

1. Ventrilo is a must at times. There is no need to have a microphone or headset.
You do not need to talk if you are not used to talking on vent but it is important to
log in vent and listen to orders during city war events or guild vs guild pvp and etc.

2. Power leveling is not an obligation, when leeching or when you need to afk, tell the team first. Team leader can decide to either kick you while your afk and be added back later or allow you to leech.

3. Before Team Raiding, it is always best to decide on how the drops will be distributed and shared. Do not fight over it later. Team Leader gets to make the final decision.


D. Punishments
Punishments are decided on a case by case basis and are included with, but not limited to, the following punishments:

1. verbal warning
2. temporary suspension from the guild
3. automatic kick from the guild
4. kick from guild+ KOS by all guild members.
5. forced apology--even if your not sorry, you need to apologize if you have wronged someone.

Final comment: By joining the Aetherius Network, you already agree to these rules and ignorance of the specified rules is not tolerated if you should break said rules. Reporting someone can be done in game, on msn, or via pm on these forums to a ranking officer. If you are punished, we will not tell you who reported you--unless the person specifies that they do not mind people knowing. With that in mind, Do not ask who reported or "NARKED" on you.
