Gaming Experience in which mmorpg: Been into MMORPGS before they existed *literally*. I started with MUDS *text based MMOS* and graduated to Meridian59 and from there Ultima Online then EQ then every big MMO since then in either BETA or Purchase and sub format to this date. Been on FFXIV since beta and only taken a 3 month break since beginning.

Have you been in any other guilds previously? (If yes, which ones?): Grievance on Midgarsomr, Tribe Gaming on Leviathan.

Reason for interest in our Guild and, what do you expect from joining Aetherius: Really enjoy large MMO Communities, I find they are WAY more than 'just' a FC. Also I have extensive experience in leadership roles, recruitment, raid leading and conflict management from my prior guild experience. I was Grievance for almost a year, and Tribe Gaming for 6 years.

How did you hear about us? (If someone referred you please name the referrer): Thorough research in FCs on new server.

How often do you play weekly?: Too much lol. Probably 35-40h a week.

What can you offer to the guild? (Note: it can be anything ranging from skills such as graphic design, making videos, programming, etc. to in-game pvp excellence or crafting): I suck at art including graphic design, I've helped in making recruitment videos in the past that were nice and enjoyable. I've had 2 years experience in leading a FC/Guild in FFXIV and 1 year in SWTOR (all with Tribe Gaming), 2.5 years recruitment officer position, and 5 years as a supervisor role IRL. What can I bring to you guys? A friendly helpful player that's polite, sarcastic at times and overly playful. =3

Are you willing to contribute to the guild?: Hell Yes! In MMO Gaming Communities my experience has been you get out of them what you put into them.

Technical Information

Do you have and use a Microphone? Yes. I use a headset with a Mic on it vs a basic desktop Microphone

Do you know what Discord is, and if yes, will you use it? Yes I do know, I've used it in the past, it's alright and I don't mind using it. I like to be vocal and be on a voice com while playing unless watching shows while doing things like Diadem HM runs but thats more to keep sanity.
(Note: Our guild will may require a player to use Discord in certain instances. Discord is free and doesn't require any download and it's browser based)

Do you prefer to lurk on forums, or actively participate? Both :D I work at an office with a LOT of downtime and lurk @ home/actively post and try and get discussions rolling.

Anything else you would like us to know?: I am currently awaiting an item reversal via GM on Midgardsomr and am looking to transfer over immediately after that is done. Should be no more than 1-2 days but would love to get to know folks on Discord in the meantime. I may be looking at a name change once I swap over as I namesaved my char on Gilgamesh after a maintenance.

Just look for Arilyn Silverhand or Merlblyss from Aeth in game to join or simply submit your application through the game! :)
