| Welcome welcome! You're timing couldn't be better, since I was just about to form a new static group for Second Coil. A google doc is being created where everyone can put their schedules, so please do so if you're interested. So far we have...

| How many times a week do we want to run? I'm thinking 3 times a week would be nice, that way we can progress through it quickly. What does everyone else think though?
