6 bars on updater?

I was wondering is anyone else getting the problem with the updater only going to 6 bars and closing?

Kenny tried to help me and it worked once going to the loading screen with the big START buttons

i did the ipconfig/flushdns then run the client as admin

didnt work tho :(

i turned off all my firewall and allowed the ROClient and Launcher have full access and still nothing.

If you get yours working let me know please

Mine is working now, All i did was uninstall a few times and downloaded the manual patch from the website and it started working again :)

Downloading the BitTorrent version and installing it to the default map made mine work

I understand that I'm just an applicant but if you download the client and install the manual patch afterwards it unlocks the patcher then all you have to do is open the client and update the actual game patch.

Doesn't work for everyone, not for me and a few others at least
My personal guess, think they messed up and it has to do with the directory where you place RO2 in, if it's not the preset one, it seems to fail

Anyway new or old everyones opinion/voice counts

I'm not sure how I did it, but I managed to get past the 6 bars. I uninstalled and reinstalled. The manual patch on

ro2.playpark.net

is acutally half the size of the one on

playpark.net

I'm sure that made the difference for me, the only problem for me now is my hackshield. it's not loading, no matter what i tried going back to the support official site one another way to solve the hacksield issue

with the 3 steps that i've used none did anything. i have installed 1.2v then patch as well as 1.3v then patch and did the whole HShield but nothing

I also turned off all firewall, anti virus and gave full access to RO Client & RO Launcher just in case.

if anyone know how to get the Hackshield working or if anyone can archive their hackshield into .rar and upload it so i can have in comparison that would be great :)!

My hackshield didnt work last night and i had a nice sleep, and now i turn it on and it work LOL

Luck must really be on your side lol, Anyway i have already done a Hackshield rar file and sent it but it still didnt work

its allright now compare to yesterday. they managed to fix it i guess

Stuck on 15 bars now ^_^

Ooh after like 10 minutes it launched the game
Closing it and restarting is giving same long waiting time again though

I'm also at 15 bars now, when I was perfectly loading last night before I sleep ~ Now its not even moving anywhere else, just stay at 15 then patch error

Yeah it's a rough start.
