| I don't want to brag about it but I believe I'm the most hardcore otaku (anime freak) here. So, before I can recommend anything to you, what kinds of show r u looking for? Include as much info as you can: genre, sub-genre, animation quality, design quality, voices and music, etc. | |

| aye kawainu is probally the most hardcore otaku here hehe, but there are many of us are big fans, I personally have over 300 dvds in my collection and about 500GB of D/Ld anime(started to get to expensive buying it and ran out of room :P) As kawainu mentioned do you have any particular interest? like: Fantasy/adventure (magic, swords, demonic, dragon s, ninjas etc) Sci Fi (space, mutants, cyborgs, crazy stuff) Mecha (big robots) hentai (very adult) romantic cars sporty comedy most of the genres have multiple mixed themes. And lastly would you prefer Movie length anime (everything in one normal regular movie) Or anime series which can range anything from 5-500 episodes^^ Some good classic anime movies I'd recommend (they are old might be hard to watch) Ghost in the Shell https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wNtgA5Xfd2sAkira https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KQnw35kR6PwWicked City https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0jTZ3QMoE9wNinja Scroll. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9O6_N4mQBosSome series that i liked were Berserk (medieval fantasy) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PGMOS3YDCSEFairy Tail (fantasy/comedy, magic guilds like an MMO) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWm61vkDkNgGundam - Seed (Gundam is a giant Mecha war with opposing factions) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qdbDYwWdbrwGundam -Destiny Gundam 00 Naruto (ninja fantasy/comedy) Naruto Shippuden https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_fqZ6gwba0Initial D (Car drifting anime) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3D4x6-8PIq4High School of the Dead (Zombies killing evryone cant go wrong here!!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gZfbEf9VhgwTheres actually so much anime hard to know where to start :P | |

K u made me feel like a kid in a candy store now...cant decide:)...but i guess i wanna watch like the first 3 genres u numbered. Ima check out Akira and Ninja Scroll now since i read like they are cult movies in the anime genre ...and after that i guess ima go with some series :). Also is the movie Princess Mononoke any good ?

So, before I can recommend anything to you, what kinds of show r u looking for? Include as much info as you can: genre, sub-genre, animation quality, design quality, voices and music, etc. this is a total lie, I probably watch more anime than you and read more manga and play more games than you too ;p

Since I'm here I might as well inform u guys (katz, hooli and facade) that creating an anime-planet account is not optional. You must do it or I'll go to ur homes during the night and start throwing anime DVD's at ur door =^.^=
I used to have an account there but i got sick of updating it years ago :P
