Weekly Guild Leader Rotation

The summer is ending and my most busy college year ever is awaiting me ~
This is going to cut my playtime dramatically
I don't feel that I will be able to keep up my duties as a guild leader with that kind of playtime

I also know that the end of summer means the same for a lot of others.

Thus my suggestion is a weekly guild leader rotation, where we can nominate the guild leader for the week.

We'r kicking this off by nominating Rosette ~

And we ll see how we can improve this system as we go :O

I trust all our manager and guildies to make this work for the best, and have an active guild leader each week.

A few tasks/powers of the guild leader

- Setting up rank permissions
- Doing guild statue quest
- Replacing guild town merchants/crafters with new ones (when the timer runs out/or place ones that we didn't have on empty spots)
- Replacing guild statues
- Setting Ranks up to Manager
- (Repairing the town merchangs/everyone should)
- Using the guild funds to buy new standard merchants to replace em when they run out
- Setting town tax
- Kicking inactives (1 week offline without notice)

Few human parts

- Keeping order in guild (or having managers that do this)
- Being helpful to the guild to the best of your ability

The npcs not availible in aven npc shop, come from the merchant boxes

Gotta buy those from players/auction

logged in.. a few weeks ago.. but was already kicked T_T

When I was leading the guild I was actively kicking everyone that was offline for over a week
This way we could keep the guild active and going
At a certain point we had to kick anyone with over a week offline time no matter how much fame/contribution they had to the guild, since we had tons of new members coming in

I can't say how the guild is doing now (and if it's still up) since my college has started I did not want to touch any true mmo as it would suck up too much of my time
And since most of our guildies didn't want to use the forums there haven't been many updates

My gaming for now consist of some LoL matches now and then and that's it

Guild kinda died out with the start of school and im thinking of disbanding IDK .-.

Ah Rose sorry to leave the responsibility with you kinda too sudden
Was planning to pull myself out gradually but meh

Anyway up to you if anyone is still playing ask em what they want if there are people that want to take it over even if it's very casual then let em have it if not then not

Was a great time while it lasted anyway

Hope to see some of the games that we ll play later on

I take it by reading these posts that the guild activity has become slim to none?

Just interested in the guild's current status so we can look at whether or not this section really needs to continue.
