Updates and Dance Vids

First, some important updates:

1. Concerning the enriched extracts in the item shop: the enriched extracts were only available for a short period of time because we need to evaluate how their sale affects balance in the game. They will be sold periodically and next time we’ll announce when they’ll be on sale beforehand.

2. Concerning the Ostyrion Castle Siege from last Saturday: the Aika team knows about the active orb bug and we’re working with the developers to fix it. We really want Castle Siege to be a fun and fair experience going forward, so we’ll be keeping a very close eye on the situation. We ask that if bugs arise during Castle Siege that players email aika_bugs[at]gala-net.com with video, screenshots, and as much descriptive information as possible about the issue. Castle Siege bugs are very difficult to reproduce, so we need your help in describing and documenting these problems.

3. Concerning botters: the GMs are investigating reports of botters and botting hotspots daily. Please keep sending in reports with information about location, nation, and channel so that we can hunt them down as efficiently as possible. We’re also working with the developers and X-TRAP to find a more permanent solution to the botting problem.
