I didn't know you guys switch to Zikel, so I filed a ticket asking them to switch my server from Israphel to Zikel. I already created my 2 characters in Israphel earlier, went to this site, saw the announcement of changing server, deleted my characters in Israphel, tried creating another character in Zikel, can't create another character in Zikel, so I filed a ticket. :3
