They added a TP ( same as skill points) reset stone to the game, it's free to get one every time that you used up one, I'm not sure if this will stay for after the Closed Beta, but if it does, you could actually adjust your build for the coming situation, like on mage you could put a lot of points in thunderstorm, and have a sick strong aoe for super fast lvling, and then change back to a pvp build, or instance build or whatever ya like.

Snow ...where do u get this reset stone? Also where are u able to get more recall stones when ur 30 run out?

No idea about the 30 tele stones not possible for cb I guess if you can't read chinesee.

And the reset stone you can get in Varanas, easiest places to remember are, the bridge enterane to the city a guy with TP above his head gives it, and near the class trainer in the city same guy.
