Making money with FC gardening

Calling all endgame miners and harvesters in the Free Company, it is time for us to make money! ... Okay, so we're still short funds for our large FC manse. But this can be fixed by a concerted guild effort! Here's what we need to make:

FOR BOTANISTS
Glazenuts - these things will be in high demand for a quite a while as necessary ingredients in three-star crafts and furniture. Here's how to make them:

Glazenut: Cross-bred from Royal Kukuru and Apricot. (Cross-breeds are apparently not 100% guaranteed, but the chances can be improved with Grade 3 Thanalan topsoil.)
- Royal Kukuru: Cross-bred from Honey Lemon and Apricot
-- Apricot: Cross-bred from Rolanberry and Prickly Pineapple

So what we'll need are Rolanberry seeds, Prickly Pineapple seeds, and Honey Lemon seeds.

Rolanberry seeds: Camp Bronze lake, level 45 bushes (though currently very cheap on the Market Boards)
Prickly Pineapple seeds: Level 50 unspoiled node at Costa del Sol, spawns at 9:00 AM Eorzea Time
Honey Lemon seeds: Level 50 unspoiled node at Costa del Sol, spawns at 5:00 AM Eorzea Time

FOR MINERS
We'll need a lot of Grade 3 Thanalan topsoil for crossbreeding. These can be dredged up at Horizon, appearing in an Unspoiled mining node at 5:00 AM.

We should also start working on getting our other 3 houses started on this as well. With the amount of gardening plots we have we should be able to be the leading FC when it comes to providing rare materials gathered from harvesting. In total we have 40 slots from which to grow things for either selling or providing our crafting crew raw materials to produce a high selling craft item.

I have an alt that is part of the Lover's Suite FC, and with that can someone give me a run down of the order needed to plant things? Aside needing a decent amount of fishmeal *I believe* to increase the speed at which things bloom. I don't expect a lot of activity to occur on the FC houses but we should be planting and harvesting things on the alt FCs as well.
