Hey guys i just got a closed beta invite for this game i was wondering if any of u applied for closed beta or heard of this game. Its a Diablo 3 look alike game that's what i know untill now and it is what diablo 3 should have looked like IMO.
Path of Exile is a free online-only action role-playing game set in the dark fantasy world of Wraeclast. It is currently under development by Grinding Gear Games in New Zealand. Heh ye i know this vid is an old one...actually its the oldest one , but its the first one that popped out so i put it here :).
And if i get into the game a bit more i will do a review for sure.

I have a level 28 Marauder right now, and melee is pretty difficult atm. The main thing that seperates this game compared to diablo and crap is the massive passive skills tree and the socketted usable skills. The classes themselves don't have fixed usable skills, just stats. You get skills from quests and monster drops. PoE currently has 2 acts, and wipes in like 2-3 months for OB I think. I've only put in like 3-4 hours total into this game, so there is probably more to it.

I finally got into a beta phase, i guess this game just had a wipe recently.
I have to say this game definitely is a great substitute while waiting for Diablo 3, it is a lot better then i thought it would be, and my beta invite conveniently came right after the Lime Odyssey Alpha test ended! haha.
